Wands, and spells, and items shall be listed in all Gringotts Bank accounts, AND any items stored in the bank accounts (this feature coming soon) will be listed there.
This means that if you learn a spell, it will be listed in your Gringotts bank account, which NOW MEANS:
All students must have a vault.
